The Erin Show
is a college radio show from Alfred University's radio station WALF
with DJ Erin. It's the new,
improved successor to a previous show Erin co-hosted called Radio
Achtung.
The music Erin plays is extremely eclectic, ranging from German industrial metal to remixed electronic Japanese pop and all points between (not to mention many points nowhere near). Essentially, she plays a ton of interesting and very different music that you've probably never heard, so you should listen!
The Erin Show airs Friday afternoons
1:15-3:15pm EST. You can listen live online at WALF's website.
Shows are recorded every week by Simon and made available here for
download.
News
The May 5 show was the last Erin Show, at least for the moment, and is a full two-hour show. Erin graduates from Alfred University this month and is leaving the United States imminently and moving to England. The Erin Show site will remain in place and the past shows will remain available for download. Erin would love to hear from you if you've listened to any of her shows.
Stendal Blast interview
The March 17 Erin Show features an
exclusive interview Erin conducted with Stendal Blast prior to their debut show
on United States soil in San Francisco on October 12, 2005.
As of the February 24 show Erin is devoting one hour of the show to broadcasting the Radio Goethe German music show. Click here for more information about Radio Goethe. As Radio Goethe is available for download at its own site, from this date downloads of The Erin Show will be approximately an hour long and will comprise Erin's selections only
There was no Erin Show on February 17 or March 3 and 10 because Erin
was away in New England.
